Do you need a referral letter?
For regular physiotherapy, you can usually make an appointment without a referral from your GP. During your first appointment, we discuss your symptoms and assess whether physiotherapy is appropriate.
For some medical indications or insurance conditions, a referral may be required. Check your policy or ask your insurer what applies to your situation. Already have a referral? Bring it to your appointment.
Check your insurance policy for clarification.

How it works if you are insured with one of the insurers above (02):
Step 1: Before each treatment, you pay the full practice fee.
Step 2: You receive an invoice from us, sent at the beginning of the new month.
Step 3: You submit the invoice to your insurer yourself.
Step 4: They reimburse your treatment based on the rate for non-contracted healthcare providers.
You can find the rates on your health insurer’s website or contact them for further information.
If you have further questions or your insurer is not listed, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email.
And if you have physiotherapy sessions remaining for this year and would like a physiotherapy or massage programme, I look forward to treating you at my practice.
