Follow-up appointment
Discuss how things are going and which activities you can resume.
Consultations are available in Dutch, Russian and English.
Discuss your symptoms with Boris in a video consultation and continue at home with a personalised exercise programme.
Your request is not yet a confirmed appointment.Salbar confirms the time, duration and cost in advance. The online consultation takes place viaZoom or Google Meet. You receive a payment link for the deposit. After confirmation and payment, you receive the joining link. The online consultation is confirmed once you have received our confirmation and the deposit has been paid. Pay the deposit before the consultation.
Not every question requires a visit to the practice. During an online consultation, we discuss your symptoms, daily activities and recovery goals. You can show which movements are difficult and ask questions about your exercises.
Boris assesses with you whether online guidance is appropriate. Sometimes an examination at the practice is needed, for example to assess strength, sensation or a particular joint. A video consultation can also complement your appointments in Vinkeveen.

Discuss how things are going and which activities you can resume.
Show how you perform them and discuss questions about technique or loading.
Combine appointments at the practice with a home exercise programme.
Would you like personal guidance from Boris but find visiting the practice difficult? An online consultation may be a practical option. We discuss beforehand whether your needs can be assessed remotely.
You are travelling for work and want to continue your recovery. Discuss your progress and exercise schedule from your hotel or temporary accommodation at a prearranged time.
You are on holiday, spending the winter abroad or temporarily living outside the Netherlands. You can discuss your exercises and questions with Boris. Include your location and time zone in your request so we can explore the options together.
A family member lives far from Vinkeveen and would like to request guidance themselves. If you wish and give consent, a loved one can also join your conversation remotely to listen or provide support.
Work, family or other commitments make a visit difficult. A scheduled video consultation saves travel time. Make sure you set aside enough uninterrupted time and choose a quiet place for the conversation.
Transport is difficult, the distance is considerable or you need help to leave home. Discuss whether an online conversation is suitable for your needs and what help you require at home.
You are already receiving treatment and want to show how you perform your exercises, discuss loading or evaluate your progress. Online contact can be combined with your personal PhysiApp programme.
If your symptoms cannot be assessed adequately remotely, a physical examination may be necessary. Boris discusses this with you. Online guidance is not emergency care and does not replace necessary local medical assessment while staying abroad.
You need an internet connection, camera and microphone. If a family member or another loved one joins, we agree in advance who will attend and what you wish to share.
Open the Zoom or Google Meet link you received a few minutes before your appointment. Grant access to your camera and microphone where needed. Check your picture and sound before the appointment. You may want to use headphones. Unable to connect? Contact Boris via WhatsApp.
A ready-to-use exercise programme tailored to your symptoms, goals and abilities. Boris selects the exercises, sets the progression and dosage, and prepares the programme for you in PhysiApp. You receive clear exercise videos and instructions so you know what to do at home.
€115
Discussion of your symptoms and goals via Zoom or Google Meet. We assess which approach and exercises suit you.
€57,50
A personalised programme in PhysiApp, with your exercise schedule, videos and prescribed repetitions and loading.
€57,50
A new, adapted follow-up programme after discussing your progress. The exercises and loading are tailored to your next step.
The online consultation (€115) and the first four-week programme (€57,50) are charged separately. An additional online consultation costs €115 and is not included in the price of a follow-up programme.
At the end, we discuss how the exercises have gone, which activities are easier and what still needs attention. Based on this, we decide whether a progressive follow-up programme is appropriate. Follow-up does not start automatically: you request it, and we agree the costs and next step with you.
Have you been unable to follow your programme, or do you need more time? On request, you canextend your existing programme for €10 per week. This extension gives you longer access to the same programme; no new or adapted programme is created, and no online consultation is included. Discuss with Boris whether the existing schedule still suits your situation.
Your online consultation and programme are confirmed in advance, with a deposit paid via a payment link. A follow-up programme or extension starts after discussion and agreement on the costs. A deposit is deducted from the agreed amount. Discuss any reimbursement with your health insurer.
PhysiApp is the patient app from Physitrack. Boris creates your programme; you view it at home on your phone, tablet or computer. Your schedule may include exercise videos, instructions and additional information. The programme is tailored to your care: the examples below are not personalised treatment advice.

Yes. You receive access to a programme prepared by your therapist. Discuss with Boris whether PhysiApp suits your care. You do not need to select random exercises yourself.
You can also view your programme through the web version. Use the code and details you received. Visit the official PhysiApp website for the app versions.
Check the code in your invitation and your year of birth. Ask Boris for help if you cannot gain access. Do not share your access code publicly.
Stay within the limits agreed with Boris and clearly describe the response you notice. Do not force an exercise. Stop and seek advice if symptoms are new or clearly worsening. Your schedule can be adapted if necessary.
